Do I need to make repairs to my home before I list?

Are you planning to sell your house? But you are not quite sure if you should make repairs before you list? I have got you, keep on reading!

Spoiler Alert. In this video, I will not tell you exactly what to do but I will discuss some of the pros and cons of the options available to you as a seller.

Many people feel that they do not need to make improvements to their homes. But I have listed options that you can consider.

Option 1; Sell your home as-is. You may want to consider decluttering your home to make it presentable without making any improvements or repairs.

Option 2; Sell your home in turn-key perfect condition. Your home will likely sell quickly if you sell it in perfect condition. Always remember, Buyers, are willing to pay substantially for a home that is in turn-key condition.

Option 3; Choose to make improvements or minor updates before you sell, such as adding paintings, fixing light fixtures, and freshening up the landscaping. This option gives you the opportunity to increase your home's appeal to buyers.

Send me a message. We can help you put together a plan. We can make recommendations on what improvements you can make with the best return.
